
Multi-purpose Green Chutney

1 bunch dhania (coriander)
6 green chillies
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
METHOD
Put all ingredients in a magimix, chop till fine.
Put in ice cube trays and freeze.
When needed use.
INFO & TIPS
To use as savoury chutney,
remove 1 block and add 1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice.
To use in kurrie, just add a block
To use in dhai, just add a block
