I added Chops
Tip:If you are adding chops steam it a bit with ginger garlic kashmiri masala etc and saltRemove and keep aside to add whilst the Tomato ChutneyIs being cooked
METHOD FOR THE TOMATO CHUTNEY
2- tablespoon Oil¼ Grated or chopped onionAdd little mustard seeds, whole Jeeru (Cumin), few garlic slices, slit green chilli,and few curry leavesSaute the onion with the aboveOnce Onions change to a slightColourAdd¾ teaspoon Kashmiri mild Chilli powderCook welCook till well on low heat until the chops are doneThen Crack eggs overClose the pot with the lidThe steam will cook the EggsGarnish with chopped Green dhania (coriander) once doneEnjoy withRoti or Shop bought bread😋
