INGREDIENTS

For the Syrup½ cup water ½ cup sugarThumbsize piece of fresh ginger cut into pieces2 bulbs lemongrass smashedLemongrass leavesBoil all the above untill sticky

METHOD

Lime and Lemon moctail syrup IceGinger Beer Cooldrink
Pour about 2 tablespoons syrup in the bottom of the glassAdd ice into the glassPour about 2 tablespoons lemon and lime syrup Top up with ginger beer cooldrink
If you want, you can make the moctail in one large jug if you having a function.
