1. Filling/marinate 10-15 minutes 3 chicken fillets, cubed Salt and pepper seasoning 3 teaspoon Tikka masala 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon ginger, garlic, red chilli mixed Prepare 2 punnets Mushrooms chop into half. 1 large red onion1 tablespoon butter ghee (Clarified butter)2 Tablespoon fresh cream 3 Tablespoon oil
In a preheated frying pan add oil, chopped red onions and saute. Next add the marinated chicken fillets and pan fry on high for 5 minutes until slightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside In the same pan add butter ghee (Clarified butter) fry mushroom for 3-5 minutes remove set aside.
2. Pizza base ingredients 2 ½ cups cake flour 1 x 10g anchor yeast purple sachet Pinch saltPinch sugar1 cup warm water Sprinkle oregano
DoughIn a bowl add all dry ingredients and mix with warm water, oregano, to a smooth dough, cover with Cling wrap to rise double in size.
Prepare a tray or flat sheet, grease, roll and shape dough and place in pan.
AssemblingUse any sauce eg. sweet chilli, BBQ or steers peri peri for base, evenly, sprinkle Tikka chicken filling followed by pan fried mushroom. Bake this in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes remove and add the following ingredients
Toppings Top with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, 1 cup mozarrella cheese, ½ cup Parmesan sprinkle freshly ground black pepper. Bake further 5 minute until just about cheese melts remove and drizzle fresh cream.
This makes 2 pizza you can choose your filling and toppings according to family palate.
