INGREDIENTS
250g chicken fillet (finely cubed)1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 small onion (grated) 1 teaspoon crushed garlic¾ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon crushed cumin1 ½ teaspoon ground green chillies (or less)1 large potato (peeled and cut into tiny cubes)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise1 teaspoon soya sauce2 tablespoon cooked noodles or spaghetti
2 tablespoon coriander chopped
METHOD
- Heat ghee (Clarified butter), sauté onion and garlic- Add the cubed chicken and spices, braise for few minutes- Add the cubed potato and mix well- Add ½ cup water and cook over low heat till water evaporates and potatoes are soft- Remove from heat and add your mayo, soya sauce and noodles- When cool add your coriander leaves.
