4 Dhanya chicken patti/or any chicken patti
Coconut oil (for patti frying)
Olive oil (for hot chips fryings)
4 medium potatoes
White Bread Buns buttered
To Garnish each bread bun:
1 tablespoon Steers burger sauce
1 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Wellingtons hot chilli sauce ( which isnt really that hot)
1 medium jalapeno chilli
1 lettuce leaf
Fry patti in coconut oil till it is crispy golden brown.
Allow oil for chips to heat up so long.
Layer garnish starting with mayonnaise and lettuce and add remaining sauces.
Add jalapeno chilli (chopped in circles) as a layer.
Add onion rings on side of plate (see onion rings recipe) with fried chips or add to burger layer aswell.
