INGREDIENTS
1 chicken
¼ cup lemon juice,
1 teaspoon ginger garlic,
½ teaspoon garlic flakes
½ teaspoon lemon pepper,
salt to taste ,
1 tablespoon magic masala
¼ teaspoon dhana jeeroo
Sauce:
1 sachet tomato paste.
1 cup yoghurt
250 ml fresh cream.
1 tablespoon mustard sauce.
2/3 tablespoon chillie sauce,
1 tablespoon fine bedaam
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 whole green chillies
METHOD
1. Cook chicken in ghee (Clarified butter)
2. Bring sauce to boil add to chicken. Garnish with fresh dhana.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with baked potatoes or chips, it’s even yummy with rice
