1 chicken1 tablespoon garlic1 teaspoon chilli garlic pasteSalt 2 teaspoon Hyder 1 teaspoon Chilli powder 3 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeera 2 teaspoon 2 teaspoon crushed red chillies Whole jeeraWhole spices. Taj, Elachi (cardomom) etc2 tomatoes liquidised3 tablespoon tomato puree1 - ½ cup yoghurt liquidise with dhania (coriander) green chillies and phudeena 3-4 tablespoon lemon juice
Saffron and saffron essence ½ teaspoon egg yellow / saffron yellow powder ½ cup fried onions Marinate chicken in above. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a flat bottomed pot. Saute 2 big onion or equivalent. Then add marinated chicken and cook on hi with pot lid open until oil cums to the top. Fry potatoes and add to chicken jus before moving from heat. Then add chopped dhania (coriander) and whole green and red chillies Boil rice as u wud for biryani. Abt 3 cups.Strain. Spread rice over chicken. Boil eggs and push into rice. Stir-fry ½ packet mix veg and handful of cashew nuts ¼ cup fried onions in ghee (Clarified butter) sprinkle over rice cover with foil and steam as u wud biryani. on 180-200 for approx 1 hour. Or until all water is dried out. 🍚🍗
