15-16 necks wash clean cut of tipsAdd in pot with ½ teaspoon ginger garlic And ½ teaspoon tumericSteam in pot 15-20 minutes till soft
In another potAdd Heat a little oil1 onion finely chopped or gratedBraise lightlyAdd(Optional Add little mustard seeds & Jeeru (Cumin) coming stick )Braise With 2 slitted green chilliesAnd curry leavesAdd 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon kashmiri masala½ teaspoon kashmiri powder¼ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon saltBraiseAdd the steamed necksBraise for +- 3 minutes with the spicesI added little water to cook more and for onions to softenThen Add 1 curry spoon tomato puree3 grated tomatoesCook till tomato gravy is doneGranish with chopped green dhania (coriander)ENJOY
