Chicken mince curry
4 chicken fillets cubed, washed and drained. Once well drained process in processor and set aside.
In pot braise one finely chopped onion in 3 to 4 tablespoon oil. Once onion turns golden add in mince. Then add in 1 teaspoon ginger garlic, 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste, 1 teaspoon dana, 1 teaspoon jiro, 1 teaspoon red chillies, ½ teaspoon tumeric, 2 tablespoon tomato paste and 1 tomato grated. Cook till done. Add water wen cooking. When almost done add in ¼ cup peas and a handful of Methi (Fenugreek) baji. Serve with roti.
