RECIPE
Braise 1 processed onion in ghee (Clarified butter).Add in 2 tajj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns 2 slit chillies Add in 1 kg washed and drained chicken pieces (I use fillets).1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa Red chillies & garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa Green chillies & garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic Allow to fry.Add in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes ¼ can tomato puree Add 1 cup water.Cook on low.Add in fried potatoes. Cook till a thick gravy is achieved. Garnish with a handful of dhania (coriander) & @786zaibunisasfriedonionsOnions.Serve with rice or rotis
