INGREDIENTS

1/2kg chicken mince
1 onion (cut and fried)
2tblsp chana flour
Salt
Ginger/garlic paste
Dhanya powder (coriander)
Zeera powder (cumin)
Red chilli powder
Green Chilli paste
Dhanya(coriander)
1/2pkt seekh kabab masala
METHOD
-Marinate the mince in all the above ingredients and refrigerate for 45 minutes
-Place them onto your skewers and give it a good shape
-Shallow Fry them on medium low heat till done (4/5 tablespoon of oil will be enough)
-You can fry them with the skewers or after giving the shape you can remove them and fry just like that
