½ kg chicken fillet washed cubed and drained. Marinated in the following for 1-2 hours: - 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala - ½ teaspoon garlic- 1 teaspoon Mrs Ps Tandoori Masala - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 1 teaspoon paprika - 1 teaspoon red chili powder - 2 tablespoon oil Once marinated, add the cubes in a pan and cook with a little oil. & keep aside
Add oil in a separate pot & add the following:- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala - ½ teaspoon Mrs Ps Tandoori Masala - 3 tablespoon yogurt - 1 teaspoon red chili powder- ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) - 2 tablespoon Shan butter chicken masala - 1 teaspoon Shan tandoori chicken masala - tomato purée (boil separate and add to the pot) - ¼ cup fresh cream Bring the above ingredients to a boil & add the cooked chicken pieces Add 2 tablespoon butter & ½ cup fresh cream.
