INGREDIENTS

1 kg chicken fillet, cubed small1 heaped teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked2 teaspoons salt1 lemon, juiced2 teaspoons Italian herbs
3 tablespoons double cream yoghurt
Olive oil, a drizzle2 tablespoons butter
Mugg & Bean Jalapeño sauce, to taste, ½- ¾ cup (depends on how saucy you want it) 2-3 tablespoons pure, mild honey
Optional: fresh jalapeños, seeded
METHOD
Marinate the chicken in spices for at least an hour.
Heat pan to high then add in oil and butter. Add in chicken and cook until water burns out.Add in yoghurt and heat through, constantly stirring. Now remove from heat. Finally add the Jalapeño sauce and honey to taste. Cool completely.
Add minced jalapeños for a kick🔥
