INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet cut into thin stripsMarinate in:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chillies paste 2 tablespoon nestle cream ΒΌ cup fresh cream 1 egg π₯ 2 teaspoon chicken spice Β½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon white pepper πΆ 1 teaspoon lemon π pepper Dash of milk2 teaspoon ground green chillies Leave overnight or few hours. Combine:Β½ cup flour Β½ cup maizena (corn flour) Β½ cup crushed Kornflakes Β½ cup breadcrumbs 2 teaspoon mixed herbs πΏ Dip fillets in crumbsFry till golden β¨οΈ Serve hot π₯

Optional:Sticky sauceBoil=2 tablespoon tomato π sauce 2 tablespoon sweet chilli πΆ sauce 2 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoon honey π― 2 tablespoon lemon π juice 3 tablespoon golden syrup 2 teaspoon minced garlic ΒΌ cup water2 tablespoon butter π§ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper πΆ Boil and pour over strips Sprinkle dhania (coriander) and black and white sesame seeds. Serve in wraps or with chips π and dip
