Ingredients 1 kg chicken1 tablespoon ginger and garlic 1 teaspoon green chillie paste ½ cup maas1 satchet tomato paste¼ cup fresh cream1curryspoon fried onions2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 grated tomatoes
2 teaspoon salt½ tumeric powder 4 teaspoon chillie powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon garam masala 2 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)1 tspwhole jeeru (cumin) 4 whole Elachi (cardomom)2 cinnamon sticks
½ teaspoon zaffron essence
1 curry spoon ghee (Clarified butter) 2 curry spoon oil
3 medium potatoes salted, coloured and fried
4 boiled eggs
Fresh dhania (coriander) for garnish
1. Mix all ingredients together besides oil and ghee (Clarified butter) and leave to marinate. 2. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a pot and add marinted chicken, cook for 15 minutes.3. Add the potatoes and cook for further half hour or till the oil comes up.5. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and boiled eggs HAPPY COOKING AND BAKING 💜💜
