1 large onion(chopped fine) 1.5 chillies Few slices of green pepper (chopped fine) 1 heap teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon chicken masala 1 teaspoon curry masala 1 teaspoon coriander masala (optional) 2bsp peri-peri sauce (taste to add) 500G chicken liver
1. Braise onions, chilli, garlic all together in 2bsp oil until golden brown&soft. 2. Add masalas. Add ½ cup water and let it simmer. 3. Add chicken liver&½ cup water if necessary. Let it cook 5 minutes on medium heat. 4. Add peri-peri sauce or alternatively sweet chilli& Let it cook another 5+minutes. 5. Squeeze some lemon juice over the ready to eat bredie.6. Add green pepper (I add it last to prevent it from getting too soft)
