Take whole chicken. Cut into pieces. Marinated with 1 tablespoon ginger 1 tablespoon garlic Salt 1 tablespoon red chili powder. Keep aside for ½ hours. Now mix 1 and ½ cup buttermilk & 1 egg. Pour this mixture in marinated chicken and leave another ½ hours. For coating:- 1 and ½ cup flour 2 tablespoon cayenne pepper 2 tablespoon paprika Salt and pepper 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
Now take chicken pieces coat well in flour mixture and fry them in hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot with chips and coleslaw.
