INGREDIENTS
Marinate chicken in--
2 tablespoon Garlic paste
2 tablespoon yogurt
Tandoori spice
Steers barbeque sauce
Garlic sauce (I used Nali)
Salt
Black pepper
Crushed chillies
Chinese salt
Soya Sauce
½ cup cream
Sauce
Butter
Garlic paste
Mayonnaise
Steers barbeque sauce
Nandos chilli sauce
Crushed chillie
Or any other sauce of choice
METHOD
Grill chicken with butter till done
Sauce:
Add a bit of water bring to boil and pour over chicken.
INFO & TIPS
Ps: I sliced chicken very thin and rolled it up b4 setting in the Pyrex. Baked it for 20-25 minutes than put it under the grill.
Serve with side of choice and naan
