•1kg red fish (sliced)•3 tablespoon ground garlic •2 teaspoon chilli powder •2 teaspoon salt •2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder•¼ teaspoon turmeric powder•1 teaspoon white pepper powder •2 tablespoon lemon juice •1 tablespoon oil •2 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala•spring onions (chopped)•dhania (coriander) (chopped)
1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate fish. 2. Allow to marinate overnight. 3. Remove excess marinade of fish and store away in freezer. 4. When needed, thaw out, then fry in shallow-medium oil on medium heat until cooked on either side. 5. Drain excess oil on kitchen paper. Serve with roti, garlic potato wedges and salad.
