INGREDIENTS
fresh fish or hake fillets
Marinade:
1 fresh cream
2 tablespoon tartar sauce
2 tablespoon mayo
1 teaspoon green masala
3 tbp nandos lemon and herb marinade
salt to taste
1 teaspoon fish spice
1 teaspoon aminas lemon and herb marinade
1 teaspoon lemon and herb spice
lemon juice
little oil
sliced peppers
sliced tomatoes
sliced onions
sprinkle parsely
METHOD
mix all marinade ingredients together. marinate fish, place in a pyrex. garnish with peppers , tomatoes and onions. blob with butter. cover with foil. grill in oven till done

the quantity for the marinade is quite a lot.
For small amounts of fish make half the amount
