One pot yummylicious in 15 mins max.

1 kg Hake/Snoek or Any fishSalt to taste2x Stick Cinnamon2x Cardamon pods1 teaspoon Masala (optional) 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Jiera powder1 teaspoon Chillie powder1 teaspoon Tumeric powder½ teaspoon Garlic paste, 1 /2 Tin Tomatoes, chopped2x Green Chillies, Oil ¼ Cup Danya, chopped
In a large pot add in the oil & braise your onions & chillies & cook for 3 minutes, until golden.... Add in the ½ tin tomatoes & cook for another 2 minutes. Wash & clean the fish, and then set it aside. Add in all your spices & the fish.... Then add in your lemon juice, salt & lastly,the danya chopped....cook for another 8-10minutes. Until the sauce is nice & thick.Delicious with Rice, Roti or naan bread /Garlic bread.. & green salad.
