INGREDIENTS
Plus minus 12 crayfish tails½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon coarse black pepper Juice from half a lemon 2 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon fish spice ½ teaspoon grinded green chillie 1 tablespoon flour
METHOD
Cut the shell open on top,with a scissors,and remove the thick vein.Rinse the tails with cold water.Drain well.Mix all ingredients together and rub the inside of tails with the marinade. Leave for 15 minutes. 60grams garlic butter Melt butter in a pan,place tails flesh down and grill.Flip over and grill the shell side.
Sauce1 ½ tablespoon peri peri sauceJuice from half a lemon Few drops of peri peri oil 2 teaspoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 250ml fresh cream Mix all the ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over the tails and serve immediately, with chips,rolls and salads.
