2 large crayfish Chillies Lemon slices Ginger garlic Aminas prawn and fish spice Fine Salt Lemon butter Masala or chillie powder
Wash and cut crayfish down middle of the front with a scissor. ✂️ devein and break till it opens up into 2 not not torn apart.clean the inside of the top part and break the legs off .marinate on the oven tray. Put chillies and lemon slices ontop.Put in oven on high for 200 for about 20mins. It will be plump and turn white wen done. I served with lemon butter sauce .was Devine Pic is of uncooked before grilling

Can add fresh cream over and cook it
Add more spices to ur liking
Add peri peri oil if u have
Can make on stovetop
Adjust grilling time depending on size
Wen cleaning make sure to clean properly as the bag and yellow parts are hard to remove.
Serve one tail per person if big
Serve with chips or rice and sauce of choice.
