1 kg fillets butterflied washed & rinsedMarinate in:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger 🫚garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli 🌶 & garlic 1 teaspoon saltFew dashes Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon chilli 🌶 powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 🌶 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose blend3 tablespoon Nandos bushveld sauce 3 tablespoon @minniesfoods prego sauce 3 tablespoon Nandos mozambican paprika sauce 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa braai (bbq) masala2 tablespoon oil
