INGREDIENTS
1kg prawns, cleaned and deveined keep shell on1 teaspoon salt1tĺ Aromat (a South African Spice)2 teaspoon crushed green chillies 1/2 teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon fish spice1 teaspoon lemon pepper1/2 teaspoon crushed kashmiri chillies*2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon sujees fish masala*½ bunch green dhania (coriander)6 mint leaves*2 tablespoon olive oil
METHOD
Liquidize above ingredients together and marinate prawns for a couple hoursGrill with garlic butter

Adjust seasoning and taste for salt, I've added less
I cooked on high in butter and fresh pressed garlic until the prawns turned pink transferred to an oven proof dish and grilled for a bit before serving
