Ingredients: 4 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon cajun spice Pinch of salt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1dzn prawns (butterflied)
Preheat oven to 200degC. Combine all marinade ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer then remove from heat. Pour half of the mixture into a ramekin and leave for pouring sauce. Pour the other half on prawns and cook for 5-10min (depending on size of prawn), when meat turns white and is just done. Deep fry fries and season with any chip spice.
