RECIPE
Marinate 1 box fish of choice. I have used hake madellians 2 teaspoon tandoori powder @osmans_taj_mahal2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice Salt 2 tablespoon brown sugar 50g aamli [I used the concentrate about 1 tablespoon]4 cloves minced garlic Curry leaves 🍃 1 teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 packet Tomato 🍅 paste or puree
Marinate few hours
Bake fish 🐟 for 10 minutes thereafter Grill fish for 10 minutesGarnish with chopped dhania (coriander) and serve with chips 🍟 and coleslaw or savoury rice 🍚
