My styleMethodHeat a little oil in pot add1 medium onion chopped or grated½ teaspoon whole jeeraFew Curry leavesCinnamon stick (optional)Braise till light in colour Add ½ kg of washed minceBraise till mince turns to a light grey colour Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste Cook well break down lumps Add 1 and ½ teaspoon kashmiri masala1 freshly slit whole green or red chilli1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix½ teaspoon tumeric½ teaspoon salt to tasteBraise all the above together 2- 3 minutesThen add the grated tomato (Optional is add little steam peas or robot peppers)BraiseWhen almost doneTake 1 Can Koo baked bean Drain out a bit of the brine I rinse ½ can and use the other with little brineAdd to the above minceCook for 10 minutesAdd 1 full tablespoon tomato sauceAdjust the salt and chilli tasteGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Enjoy With bread roti or rice
