Marinate 12 Loin Chops1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic ½ teaspoon Garlic1Tblsp Kashmiri Chilli powderSalt tonTaste1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera mix1 teaspoon Tumeric 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Little Mixed Herbs1 tablespoon Chops and steak spice 1Tblsp Lemon Juice2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauceAdd ¼ Cup Frozen peasAdd the Potatoes3 tablespoon Melted butter or Oil Mix all the above well togetherLay the Chops nicely in a Oven Proof Tray or Casserole Place the potatoes overTake all the peas with the left over Marinade and sprinkle overPut few Blobs Of Butter over Cover with FoilAnd Bake For 1 Hour or Until done
