½ kg chicken fillet - small cubes
1 ½ teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon green chillies ( add more if you want strong)
1 ½ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1 cup frozen corn
Handful chilled dhania (coriander)

2 cups milk

Eggs and shallow oil to fry .
cook the chicken completely with all the spices , add corn as chicken is nearly done .
In a bowl take the slice bread and soak it in the milk , the. Using your hand mash the bread , add this to the cooked chicken , layer in a baking tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes .
To fry :
Dip in whisked eggs and fry in shallow oil , just until golden brown both sides
