1 tray chops ( approx 15 ) marinade : 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon ginger ground green chili ( depends on u ) 3 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper ½ teaspoon dhana powder ¼ teaspoon jeera powder pinch haldi salt to taste oil and butter to fry
optional : 1s in cook completely you can add 1 tablespoon mayo ( I didnt this time )
Marinade with all the spices
Cook in butter and oil on meduim to low heat until tender
this is the best way to cook chops after qurbani
I served with baked beans wedges roti
