-1 teaspoon salt
-2pkts instant yeast
-4cups plain\cake flour
-1 teaspoon sugar
-1⁄4 cup oil
-¼ cup finely chopped mint leaves
-1⁄4 teaspoon crushed green chilli
To form dough,mix:
-Lukewarm water 1/2cup
-Plain yoghurt 3/4cup
1.) mix all of the dry ingredients together - add the water/yoghurt mixture and knead to form a dough...leave to rise in a warm place.
2.)once dough has risen to double the size - divide into small balls and roll into shape and size according to your preference (1cm thick).
3.)cook in a non stick electric frying pan (+-3mins) then turn over and cook the other side (+-2mins).
4.)brush with melted butter or ghee (Clarified butter) and serve hot .
