INGREDIENTS
Mini Mint and rose cheesecakes DELICIOUS Sue Soobramoney 2 boxes chocolate Oreo biscuits ( cream removed) crumbed In food processor 100g butter .. melted Mix together and press into bottom of little pans Place I freeze for 90 minutes Or bake 180C for 5 minutes
1 lancewood cream cheese ( I use the flat box smooth and creamy one ) ½ cup heavy whipping cream ( WOolworths)⅓ cup icing sugar.. or more .. adjust to taste 1 teaspoon peppermint essenceFew drops rose essence Few drops green gel or liquid green coloring
Mix cream cheese and sugar together add whipping cream and mix until thickAdd the essence and coloringMix but do not over beat Out spoons of mixture ontop of the Oreo biscuit base Leave in fridge for 1 hour
Melt a large slab of aero or chocolate and scoop ontop of mint cheesecake Leave in fridge for three hours or longer Once removed decorate as wanted And enjoy
