Ingredients: 2tbs butter 1 onion finely chopped 1-2chicken fillet-small cubes 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1Tbs crushed dry red chillies 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Sprinkle of white pepper ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon salt + more salt at the end 1 can koo creamstyle corn 1 packet knorr thick vegetable soup 1/2packet mushroom soup 2cups milk 2cups water 1 fresh cream Ground green chili to taste More milk and water if needed
Method Marinade chicken in garlic, salt, pepper and crushed chillies and set aside.
Braise onion in butter till soft. Add the marinaded chicken and cook till white. Add the sweetcorn and cook till it bubbles. Mix the soup in a bowl with water add to the rest of ingredients. Add milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add fresh cream. Bring it to a boil before serving. Add more salt if needed and the green chillies.
If u would like to add noodles. Add 1cup small shell noodles and 1cup extra milk with the other milk. The soup will soften it.
