My Different Style Marinade
1 tablespoon ginger garlic2 tablespoon Aminas steak and chops spice2 tablespoon Gorimas Orange spice1 teaspoon Gorimas Cajun Spice1Tblsp Dhana Jeera mix1 tablespoon Paprika1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix1 tablespoon Paprika1 tablespoon Jalepeno sauceDash of WorcesterMinnies Peri Peri Sauce ir any Peri Peri Rosemary / Italian herbs / or Mixed herbs2 tablespoon oilMake Stab cuts in the roast And rub the marinade overStuff thick strips of onion and Robot peppers in the cuts Cover with foil and marinade for couple hours or freeze METHOD TO PREPARE In a pot on Stove add the Marinated Leg let it sear to seal the marinadeturn it few minutes add 1 cup waterClose and cover with lid to steam cook for +- 1 hour Then Transfer to a Roasting Pan or Casserole to oven and cover with FoilBake at 180* for +- 2 hoursPour the gravy over the Roast When servingSERVING SUGGESTION Creamy Roast veg., Salads, ButteredRolls etc
