¼ chickens - 6 pieces Oil 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 whole lemon squeezed ½ cup plain yogurt 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 3 tablespoon Shans tandoori spice 1 tablespoon Robertson chicken spicesalt ( add salt only if nec , since the other spices are salty )
Marinate chicken over night or at least 1 hour
Naan roti from the internet :2 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 4 teaspoon baking powder 4 tablespoon oil sourmilk to make soft dough
butter garlic dhania (coriander) melt in the microwave together to spread on naan
Chicken :Place in an oven tray cook with foil for 15 to 20 minutes remove then cook until done .
Naan :Add all dry ingredients add oil and sourmilk make a soft dough knead for 2 to 3 minutes cover allow to rest about 15 minutes to 30 minutes
Roll out slightly thick Heat tawa In a bowl keep some water Wet your hands smear at the bottom of naan ,before placing the naan on tawa.Allow it to cook on that side Turn your tawa with the top to get cook directly on the gas . move tawa around to cook all sides .Brush with the prepared butter Serve immediately
