BASE:1~Rub in the margarine in the flour mixture.2~Press the dough together.3~Press the dough into the greased tin.4~Put in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes.FILLING:1~Melt the ghee (Clarified butter)(Clarified butter).2~Add Ginger and Garlic.3~Add the chicken breast.4~Add 125ml sour cream&chicken stock.5~Cook till it is cooked and a thick sauce.6~Let it rest.IN ANOTHER PAN:7~Melt the ghee (Clarified butter).8~Add the spinach.9~Cook till it is flexible and gone a dul green colour.10~Add the onion and green peppers together.11~Add 30ml sour cream and vegetable stock.12~Let in cook together till a thick sauce.13~Let it rest till cold.14~Add the chicken and spinach mixture together.15~Add egg when the mixture is cold.16~Spoon the mixture in the base.17~sprinkle cheese and Mix herbs for ganishBake for 15-18min until it is set. 😉 ENJOY!
