2 chicken pieces (1 leg and 1 brest) 2 eggs 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 and a half teaspoon zeal (Chinese salt)1 and a half teaspoon salt 5-6 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 4-5 tablespoon oil (optional)
Boil chicken on high for 10-15 minutes, when it starts to boil fast then drop the heat to medium. Add 1 teaspoon salt while it's boiling. When chicken is cooked/boiled. .take it out of the water and shred it. Get rid of the bones. When chicken is shredded then add to your stork, add more water and stir nicely Add cream style corn and stirWhen it boils then add maizena (corn flour) to a glass of water, stir till no lumps, add to soup and stir Add salt if neededAdd your black pepperStir till everything is well combinedBeat 2 eggs. .stir soup and while stirring, add beaten eggs Stir nicely When soup gives a boil then it's done.
If you want to add the oil Then you have to heat it and add to soup last.
Serve soup with soy sauce and sliced pickled chilli
