Red masala chicken with a saffron cream & baby potatoes

1 whole chicken cut & washed
2 teaspoons chilli garlic paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon coarse red chilli powder
1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder
1⁄2 teaspoon fine coriander powder
1⁄2 teaspoon fine cumin powder
In a pot warm a slice of butter
Add chicken to pot and cook on very low heat. Cook till done. Chicken must be saucy.
Before serving warm 125ml fresh cream in a pot, season with salt and add a pinch of powder orange colouring. Add a pinch of saffron. Mix 1 teaspoon corn flour in a little cold water. Keep mixing till slightly thick.
Set chicken on a platter. Drizzle saffron cream over.
Wash baby potatoes, and put in a microwave suitable dish. Add salt to taste, chilli garlic paste, freshly chopped parsley, coarse red chilli powder and fine red chilli powder. Mix and add to potatoes. Add a slice of butter. Cook in microwave till done and potatoes are soft. Serve with chicken.
