½kg chicken mince1 large onion1 teaspoon ground garlic1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon red chilli paste1 egg1 slice breaddhania (coriander)
Process bread, then onions and dhania (coriander), then add rest and process all together.Roll into kebaabs/drop spoonfuls into pan, Fry till its browned, empty into a casserole dish.Cube and fry 2-3 large potatoes and arrange in casseroleSprinkle some diced red and green peppers.
Sauce:65g butter½ cup milk3 tablespoon water2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce¼ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon chilli powder¼ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
Heat all together, till butter melts, then pour over kebaabsCover casserole with foil/lid and bake @ 180 for 20 minutes.Must be saucy, if looking dry, add milk or water.(I always make double amount of sauce). Serve with rolls and a green salad.
