Homemade Mini Garlic Rolls(burgers)

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon salt3 packets instant yeast (21g in total)4 level cups plain\cake flour1 teaspoon sugar½ cup oilFinely chopped coriander¼ teaspoon crushed green chilli 3 level teaspoon crushed garlicLukewarm water and milk of equal amounts(mixed)-as needed to form a dough +-1 ½ cups

METHOD

1.) mix all of the ingredients together and leave to rise in a warm place
2.)once risen to double in size divide dough into small balls and place into cupcake cases,bake at 180degrees for +-15mins till golden brown
3.)brush with butter
4.)serve with as mini burgers filled kebabs,cheese and sauce of you choice
