RECIPE

125 g butter 1 cup brown sugar (you can use white )¼ cup oats ¼ cup choc chips2 tablespoon pecans (optional)½ teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 egg1 teaspoon baking powder Flour to form a dough (approximately 1nhalf to 2 cups)
Method :Beat the butter and sugar till light and creamy .Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix in the remaining ingredients till u formed a dough Drop spoonfuls onto a greased panTop with choc chipsBake on 180 till golden and crisp...Enjoy
