Kopico Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs1 Cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla2 tablespoon cocoa powder 1&1/4c flour3 tablespoon baking powder
1/2cup oil1/2 Cup boiling water2 sachets kopico coffee

METHOD

Beat together eggs and sugar until pale and creamy. Add in vanilla
Sift together dry ingredients and add to above
Add boiling water and coffee then add in oil and allow to cool slightly. Add to cake batter
Bake at 180 for 20mins or until done

INFO & TIPS

Ganache
300g milk chocolate
1/2 can nestle dessert cream

Melt chocolate over a double boiler
Add cream and mix well
