Made another differentMy style
For Rice Boil basmati rice tint it a bit yellow add salt add few peas and Jeeru (Cumin) when done drainPlace in casserole add ghee (Clarified butter) and spice for rice steam covered in microwave for 4-5 minutes
For Creamy Vegetables
Use chunky cut up vegesButternut marrow onion green peppers sweet corn on cobCarrots(the hard veges I steamed a bit drainAddIn pot add sum white pepper and sum crushed black pepper then add ½ teaspoon white chilli powder (or green chilli paste)Salt1Tblsp vegie spice¼ teaspoon sugarButter any amountMixed herbs mix all togetherCook few minutesThen add 1 cup fresh creamCook till cream is bit reduced in potTransfer to casserole bake in oven at 180* .for 30min No Foil (you can grill)
For Chicken
Use Chicken drumsticks with butter ginger garlic mochacho peri peri marinate (sauce)¼ cupAdd some chilli flakesSalt Paprika thyme and rosemary½ grated tomato1Tblsp morrocan chicken spice 1 full tablespoon brown onion soup powder(make a paste)Marinade above keep aside few minutesPut all in.pot cook on low heat stoveCooked till doneLeave a bit of saucy gravy to enjoy with rice or rollsGarnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)
