INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS Filling 3 tablespoon. Oil250g chicken 1 onion, finely chopped 1 teaspoon. Ginger gralic paste 1 spring curry leaves Salt to taste 1 teaspoon. Gralic flakes 1 teaspoon gralic powder 1 teaspoon. Onion powder 1 teaspoon. Pepper 1 teaspoon. Chilli ⅛ teaspoon. Peri peri powder 1 teaspoon. Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon. Curry powder 1 tablespoon. Tomatoe paste 3 tablespoon. Water 2 Cabbage leaves, thinly sliced 1 large Carrot, sheared 1 capsicum 10g leeks
20 - 24 spring roll sheet
METHOD
Place the PAN over medium heat.Add the oil once the oil is hot.Add in The Onion and cook until The Onion is translucent.Now I add in the chicken and cook until the color changes. Now add in all the spices and mix well and add in the tomatoes paste and cook for 30 seconds now add in the water and mix well and cook until the water has evaporated.Add in the vegetable and saute for a minute and remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
Place the spring roll sheet on a flat surface and add the filling on one edge of the sheet and roll the sheet, in the manner shown in the video.
At this point you can add the chicken roll to a zip lock bag and freeze them, or you can fry them or air fryer them
Heat a pan with oil over a medium heat, Once the oil is hot add the spring roll in and fry them until golden brown.
Remove and drain the oil. And serve warm
