1 Kg chicken fillets or chicken pieces pieces1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala1 teaspoon magic masala1Tblsp ginger garlic paste2 teaspoon garam masala3 tablespoon tomato pureeMarinate all togetherIn pot. Add3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)3 Tbldp oilHeat Add 2 tuj (cinnamon stick)Let aroma ariseAdd the marinated chickenCook till soft Now add In a seperate pan+- 1Tblsp oil (olive or ghee (Clarified butter) if you prefer)Few chunky robot peppers1 large Chunky onion1 large Chunky tomatoAdd to the cooked chickenAdd all this to the cooking chickenAdd +- ¼ cup fresh cream (can substitute nestle dessert cream)Let it simmer few minutesGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with rotis naan rolls etc
