½ kg chicken mince / ½ kg chicken fillet
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon ground green chilli
1 tablespoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon bbq spice
½ teaspoon zesty lemon and herb
1 teaspoon dhana powder
Handful chopped dhania (coriander)
Handful chopped spring onion freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt to taste
Add spices to mince and mix until well combined , add a handful of soft bread crumbs .
Allow to marinade for 1 hour .
Place on sosatie sticks . Cook in a pan with butter halfway .
Remove and grill on griller until done . Ready to serve
If you icing fillet cub fillet and add all the spices to food processor. , blitz until it resembles mince .
