1 large onion ..chunks2 potatoes..chunks Green pepper..optional 4 peppercorns
Put to boil with approximately 1 litre boiling water Boil till soft and cool
In a jug mixAdd 1 packet creamy chicken soupHalf packet mushroom soup Add 2 cups or more cold waterNow blend everything together Blend it well
Cube 1 cup chicken fillets
In a deep pot add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Half teaspoon whole jeeraa..cumin1 tablespoon ginger garlic Half teaspoon ground green chillies..less if u like
Braise gently for about 2 minutes
Add in the chicken Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice Add 2 teaspoon peri peri Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon white pepperMix well
Add ½ to ¾ cup of wagaar onion..fried crispy golden onion
Allow to cook gently till water burns out
Add the blended mixture to the pot
Add 1 tin evaporated milk1 tin coconut milk1 tin creamstyle corn
Mix well and bring to a boilAdjust seasoning if needed
Add 1 cup milk 1 cup fresh cream And bring to boil
Add chopped greens Mint, dhania (coriander), shallotsSlit green chillies
