RECIPE
1 kg chicken fillet cut into thick cubes
3 tablespoon Oil
3 tablespoon Chicken spice
1 tablespoon Shan Tandoori spice
1 tablespoon Shan tikka spice
2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Juice of 1 Lemon
½ teaspoon crushed Ginger
2 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon Green masala
1 tablespoon Dried Crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon Whole Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon Fine Jeeru (Cumin)
2 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
Salt to taste
Red colouring
1 tablespoon Mustard sauce
1 tablespoon Steers garlic sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
Marinate and leave for a while
Fry in deep oil till done.
Place over a bed of lettuce and garnish with dhania (coriander) and place fresh cut lemons.
INFO & TIPS
Can also make with whole cut chicken pieces cook and grill.
